I had an appointment where I was 15 min early and when I came in the woman (Lee) who was supposed to be doing my nails looked immediately annoyed and asked me what I needed and I told her I was here for nails to which she responded “ok well I’m running late and you’re early anyways” I did not continue service with her and was very bummed at the fact that the staff was so blatantly rude

If I could give this salon 0 stars, I would. Yesterday, I had a 12:00 PM appointment with Lee Nguyen. I arrived promptly at noon, and when I walked in, I was told to choose a color and sit down to wait. I did exactly that, but for over 30 minutes, no one came to assist me. Lee was still finishing a pedicure for another client. I understand that appointments can sometimes run a little behind, but I had somewhere to be at 1:30 PM, and had a 30 minute drive to get there. Came to see Lee almost a year ago to fix some not so great acrylic nails…I have been so happy with her work that I haven’t stopped coming back. She listens to how I’d like to see my nails (shape and color) and does an amazing job each time. I won’t be going anywhere else as long as I’m getting my nails done. She does not disappoint and I highly recommend her services if you want gorgeous nails that last and exceed your expectations.
