After reading more reviews, I’m not as surprised by the service I received. I wouldn’t not give them my business again. Based off the owners response to these review's she does not take anyone’s criticism seriously. Went to get my wedding pedicure, after making an apt a week in advance I sat there for an hour and a half for them to start. Yes there was 3 of us, which I booked and yet only 1 person working when we showed up? Owner is VERY rude...
Beautiful spa, but poor experience. I was early and after Krystal was done w her current client she proceeded to clean the other sinks & foottubs, not just the one of previous client. My appointment was scheduled for 45 mins, went into 2 hours of wasted time. Krystal‘s process was out of sequence, long & drawn out , trimming cuticles, then later going back to tuck cuticles & trim again. She had zero strength to scrub or massage. Lee and Crystal both did an excellent job on my wife and daughter's pedicures. They were both very accommodating with a last minute add-on to their schedule. Crystal was very attentive on the deluxe pedicure for my wife!
This was over priced and not the quality we desired. We were charged twice as much upon initial booking even with add ons. NOT worth the money and not worth the experience. Will not return
