Management has consistently failed to respond to emails and follow through on commitments. Concerns are acknowledged initially, but there is little to no action afterward, and communication often stops entirely. I’ve had a great experience from day one! Shannon E. from the leasing management has made my moving process hassle-free, which is rare now a days! Moving is stressful as it is, therefore simple and clear communication is very much appreciated. The maintenance team stopped by today and took care of so many things in one day! The buildings roof suffers water damage and has not been repaired. Management says they cannot find a roofer. There is also water damage around windows and doors that management refuses to fix. If you move here just hope it does not rain. The units look nice and once you move in they could care less about you. Update: 4 months later and the damage is still not repaired.
