I did not have an appointment. I was in the area and had a little bit of free time to get a pedicure. I have not been to this location in years. My normal place is closed on Tuesday, and this was an impulsive stop. It had been 6 weeks since my last pedicure, and I needed some TLC on my feet. There were no customers in there. I went here on Saturday with my 2 daughters after making the appointment on Wednesday. I noticed when we walked in they were busy, they told us to pick a color. Then we sat in the pedicure chairs for about 20 minutes. When someone did come over they rushed through our pedicure making my daughter and myself bleed then the nail tech was so rough with my other daughter she left a friction burn on both her feet! I will never return the service was horrible for the price!

What a great experience with my daughters! Clean, courteous and all of our nails came out beautiful! I hate thick parakeet claws and they did such a natural job!! Top notch!!
