There was very little attention to detail, and I felt like I was inconveniencing the technician by simply being there. When I tried to point out the uneven polish on one nail, it was quickly dismissed and fixed with a sloppy swipe of the brush. Worse experience in my life. Khoi wouldn't even acknowledge my concerns. My recent visit to Chloe Nails was unfortunately a huge letdown and a waste of money. I had booked an appointment for a gel manicure at 4:00 PM, but I was kept waiting for nearly 35 minutes before a technician was available, without so much as an apology for the delay. We never got our refund that was promised. Tell khoi we want our refund. Business will go down dramatically. I got 100 more emails. U won't get away that easily. We tried to be nice too.
