I have been going to Chloe Handler Associates for several years and have found Chloe to be the utmost professional in her treatment and in her manner. She treats her clients with compassion and is highly cognizant of their needs and the treatment that is most appropriate for them. I love everything about Chloe Handler’s professionalism and expertise. She is at the top level of her services. Prior to moving to Cherry Hill, I have gone to two practitioners of electrolysis in New York City and one in Dallas. Ms handler achieves excellent results. Her offices are beautifully appointed, mauve sofas, lovely artwork and all are impeccable in cleanliness and state of the art equipment. I used to go to Chloe back in 2015 and she was always amazing. She was so kind and I saw fantastic results! I ended up moving to a diff state in 2016 so I had to stop treatment with her, but I miss her! She was always so sweet, highly recommend her. Someone mentioned things in her office as “outdated”, but why does any of that matter when she provides results?
