Super unprofessional. It's not about medical care here. Do not DARE arrive with 30 or 45 minutes of closing time, because they'll send you away! They need to get home, forget caring for your child. Add to it the crap attitudes, slow service, and disorganization, and you have the perfect display of the trash American healthcare system RIGHT HERE
My 2 year old daughter had a fever of 103 and was lethargic. Pediatrician was booked out. I had given her Tylenol that morning so her fever went down by the time we arrived, but I was upfront with the doctor about her fever. He said she was healthy and we were sent home. Never ever in a million years will I be bringing either of my children here again. The staff was pleasant, all of them were. That’s not my issue. My issue is the fact that I brought my 2 month old in for his cough. I told them that his symptoms were a violent cough, coughing fits to the point of vomiting, excessive mucus, liquid stools, and extreme fussiness. We had to unfortunately come in on Christmas as we suspected our 1.5yo had covid. Everyone was awesome and kind. We weren’t there for more than three hours. They even gave him a wooden puzzle that he still won’t let go of. But MARISSA! She is absolutely wonderful. It’s obvious she loves kids and loves what she does.
Always quick and efficient. The Dr's. and nurses there are always so polite. The facility is very clean. I always get the best care and results with both my 5 & 6 year olds. Top notch in my book.
