The staff at the front are extremely nice and professional. However, the nurse Karen seemed like she did not want to do her job. Would never go back just because of her
Thank you so much to the lovely Taylor Sahr (Lpn) and Tammy Speerhas (np) also Katherine P (rn ) who helped my son Dwayne with his broken arm . He was in so much pain but they were so nice and gentle and helped him calm down fast . They showed so much empathy for us and i really appreciate them all . The team definitely went above and beyond.
Just horrible every time we visit. Almost every visit is misdiagnosed or poor after care follow up instructions that don’t treat the concern. However this was probably the worse visit of them all.
Is there a zero stars? I had to take my daughter to urgent care, a day after I had already seen a pcp because my daughter had sores all in her mouth. She had got tested for everything and it came out negative. The doctor said that it was a ““ fever blister” but it definitely wasn’t. The next day I saw her gums now becoming swollen and the sores spreading all in her gums… I sent my husband with our daughter because I have two younger ones at home but when he called me with the update to say what they were wanting to diagnose ... read more
