The worst thrift store I ever been to . It smells and it’s so old and dingy. There’s nothing in there. That’s right not even the attitude of staff.
I went to this CHKD Store in Norfolk Virginia yesterday for the sole purpose of obtaining a set of pants and a tshirt. The employees I interacted with were very pleasant to me including the cashier. The jeans I bought I realized some time after leaving the store that I must shed at least 5 pounds before they would fit (though I plan on saving them). The shirt luckily did fit me and I do feel that I got a fair deal on both the shirt and jeans.
Surprised I found everything I wanted at one thrift store! It has never happened before
Absolutely lovely staff, very friendly and helpful. Made out like a bandit with great selections of clothes! Beautiful mural outside as well. I highly recommend this location.
They persuaded me to buy 2 watches missing batteries. They said i could buy them at the dollar store(which i couldnt find them). When i came back the next day to exchange them, they wouldnt even though there is no written policy against it.
