I waited all day for their drivers to come pickup a chest of drawers. Solid wood, minor wear, the driver didn't like the color and some scuffing on the edge of the trim and refused to take it. Rude as well. Never ever again.
The new lady manager is absolutely as rude as it gets to both customers and her employees. Every time I'm in there I hear her berating her employees like they're dogs. Today she was yelling "THESE ARE BACKWARDS THESE ARE BACKWARDS THESE ARE BACKWARDS" at the nice cashier girl as she was trying to ring customers up. She said they were short staffed. Remember when thrifting was fun because you could find used items for cheap? Not here. Everything is marked up and ridiculous. I rarely find good deals here and refuse to buy used items at such a high price.
