Love this location! The receptionist is wonderful! I believe Nikki did our intake, she was wonderful to us as well. Then we had the pleasure of meeting Abigail. Shes thorough in explaining how to do excercises and what they accomplish and how we should follow up at home. She listens well, makes the appointments both fun and purposeful for my daughter. She is a great teacher and mentor both. Thank you all for the hand you have had in my daughters recovery.
We LOVE Nikki! She has been like family to my daughter over the last 6 years!! It truly takes a village and this clinic is exceptional l!!
The young lady at the front desk is awesome! She was very personable, calm and informed. She answered questions about the company and unrelated questions. I believe her name is Tai or Ty. I'm not sure of the spelling,but keep up the great work 21st CHKD in Norfolk and therapist!
