My son had a referral for their PT department for an evaluation from his pediatrician. I waited a week or so, never got a call to set up an appointment like I was told would happen . So I had to call daily, got transferred around 5x, left daily voicemails to some woman named Jennifer without so much as a call back. After 2.5 months, he finally got an eval where they determined he needed services. Got told they would call me to schedule. Great! Always a good experience here. Kind and friendly all around. Over the years we've used surgery and labs services. All good.

The worse place to take your children. They are more worried about the money then their patients. Had twins going to speech and missed two days one for a dental appointment that went over and the other for being ill and they removed my children. Please go somewhere that takes into consideration that outside factors can play a part and that not look at you as a number but rather a patient they care for.

I saw Dr. Dunn who doesn't believe in food allergies. I went there because my grandchild snores, is covered from head to toe and rash, and is constantly congested. I came away with a prescription for an inhaler that can't be filled without pre-authorization and another prescription for the exact same cream that I already have. So tonight she's still covered in rash, she's still snoring, and she's still wheezing. I'm going to put the exact same medication on her before bed that I did yesterday.
