Absolutely fantastic service! The team replaced my hot water system quickly and efficiently, gave great advice on the best unit for my needs, and offered a very competitive price. They even arranged an electrician, removed the old unit, and had everything done in under half a day. Professional, reliable, and excellent value. Very satisfied and highly recommend!
Didn’t answer my phone call unfortunately when I had an emergency pipe leak. So hard to assess service.
I was served by Mitch Hardiman. When Mitch arrived, he established what the symptoms of my problem were. Mitch first looked at my hot water unit. Advised it was not worth servicing because of its age. Moved to the bathroom. Removed a small part from the shower head. This fixed my problem of inconstant temperature. I was happy that the hot water unit was not the problem, because that saved me a couple of thousand dollars today.
My first interaction with Mitch was for an emergency call-out on a Sunday. He responded promptly, gave an ETA and updated me when he was on his way. He was courteous when on site, diagnosed the issues quickly and resolved equally as fast. Pricing was reasonable for an emergency weekend call-out and helped get our household back on track, ready for the week to come. Excellent!
