Fraud. Billing me for services and office visits that NEVER happened. Plus billing as such my insurnace won’t pay it because there was no prior authorization. I saw him twice in the ER. Not in his office.
Dr. Chui billing department is billing me 77.00 for reading an EKG that I did NOT request him to read. I went to the ER on August 18th at wheeling wheeling. He supposedly read the EKG on August the 19th. I did not even get to see a DR at wheeling hospital because the wait time was too long after 30 minutes of me waiting in a filled ER room with a heart that wasn't beating correctly I drove to Weirton Medical Center where I was promptly seen and treated.
