Dr. Duvoor and Chea Sims, NP are very nice, caring and knowledgeable. All staff are nice and helpful. Highly recommend this Doctor's office.
UPDATE: ARCARE SUCKS!! I finally got into my appt. & now still waiting for an auth. for my meds, it’s been months now & being told it’s my insurance, which I was told the same a month ago..Hey Arcade, it’s not okay for patients to go without their meds.. Dr Duvoor has now joined Arcare, no response to my 2 messages I’ve left on 2 separate occasions & nobody is answering the phones, only able to leave a vm message
Awful. Was not able to help me with my PCOS at all. Nurse is not helpful either. They called to tell me my blood work was normal which it was not. And then couldn’t help me when I pointed that out. Said I have to make another appointment. My first appointment was rushed. Got no answers. He only wanted to up my GLP1. Do not waste your time.
I was not listen too now I have a cyst bulging out of my neck continue My care else where
Dr. Duvoor is an excellent physician with a very good bedside manner.
