I was a first time client to Chittick this month. The appointment process was relatively simple. The appointment is 3 fold, see the tech, see the doctor and see the optometrist to pick out glasses. Lets say the tech's "bedside" manner left something to be desired. He was devoid of any emotion and seemed to be in a zone , ok fine. The doctor was good , pretty helpful and seemed genuinely interested in helping. Step 3 , visit with the optometrist , order glasses.
