Very rude man, not willing to work with patients. He told me I would need a Valium to come in after I panicked when he had to give me multiple injections because he wouldn't wait for the numbing to work before drilling my tooth. He did a core and crown on a tooth and I had it checked by another dentist- it wasnt even fully cemented to the tooth, not to m mention it was too big for my tooth, caused significant pain and swelling around the tooth and gums for about a week. Hello I wanted to share a little heads-up about my experience with this office's scheduling system. On January 20, I received a text at 10:01 AM comfirming my 1:00 PM appointment, which was helpful! However, when I arrived, I found out that my appointment had been cancelled and given to someone else because I hadn’t 'confirmed' it—despite getting a confirmation reminder just a few hours earlier. This dentist is a fraud! Submitted a claim to my insurance for work that was never done. Went to another dentist to actually do the work, it was denied because this dentist accepted the payment from the insurance company. So i have to pay the work out of my own pocket! Sought legal representation for insurance fraud and damages. Cut and dry case so I have quite a few lawyers to chose from.
