providers are great but the office staff is really unorganized. I always have problems trying to make appointments. I always ask they call my house to confirm appts and they always try to call my cell when I'm working. They never seem to get results from my lab work. Once waited 4 hours for my provider to show up for an appt. they always send my prescriptions to a pharmacy I no longer use even though I've asked them to stop many time. I called on a Friday morning after testing positive for coronavirus the night before. I was hoping to get a prescription for plaxCovid. What I got instead was a snotty attitude and no help. I was first informed that the doctor was off until Monday. When I asked if there was anyone filling in I was told “Nope”. When I as for advice I was told “Well I guess you’ll have to just wait, wont you “. This is unacceptable. I’ll be leaving this practice, searching for a professional organization.

Awful. I was judged for previous medications I'd been on. I felt like nothing I said was heard at all after that. Then I was given a diet plan because I was "lactose intolerant"... suddenly.??? With no tests to prove such. And they basically said drive around with a poop sample and hope our lab is open to take it.
