Do yourself a favor and do your research. They are not worried about filling your prescriptions in a timely manner even though staying up on meds is a serious issue. I've gone four business days without them responding to my pharmacist's request for a refill. I had to have the pharmacy give me two hold overs because I ran out. Called today to inquire. My message for a call back was ignored. I finally had to resort to my primary doctor to get my meds. Very disappointed.
I would highly advise against going to this clinic. Their actual psychiatrists do an adequate job but they front desk and help staff take extended times to return calls and follow ups. They really do the bare minimum in my opinion, and as someone who struggled this mental health working with them was emotionally draining.
I'm not sure what these reviews about the front desk are about. I've been going here for a few years now. Not only is my provider (Stella) amazing but the front desk is always quick to either pick up or call me back.
Never go to this place if you have any medical needs! They absolutely don't care about about whatever you are going through! I went to them begging for help and was told I'm sorry you are suffering but we can't risk perscribing you anything! What a waste of time and felt embarrassed pouring my heart out only to be talked down to and there is nothing they are willing to do to help me. I never felt they cared about me or my situation as I was crying my eyes out. I was told to check myself in urgent care! How insulting !
