This woman abuses her position as a doctor and treats people very poorly. I don't care who you are, you don't yell and act aggressive towards workers, especially as a doctor we expect better. It's unfortunate that Mercy enables this behavior.
The doctor is taking excellent care of my family member in treating his cancer.
My experience with Dr. Bala has been nothing short of a nightmare. Do not trust Mercy Ratings they pick and choose which ratings they want to show. Not only has no one called me back to go over my test results from 5/11 after multiple messages on my portal, to the office and messages left to the nursing manager with promises of someone will call me back.
