Richard from Chitown Property Services installed drywall and insulation in our basement closet. He did an excellent job. He was careful in setting the studs and he added some finishes that make the space look good. We were happy with his work. We would use Chitown Property Services again.

One of chitown’s trucks almost crashed into me and multiple other cars as it was swerving all over the place trying to weave through every car on armitage. it drove through the bike lane and almost ran into a pedestrian. we called to report the driver and the person on the other end laughed at us. have some more respect for people’s wellbeing and lives.
Just had a driver of one of their vehicles with logo and phone number almost crash into my car while driving on armitage and california. Driver ran multiple red lights, was serving in and out the bike lane tailgating other drivers ahead of us and driving with hazards on. I called the office to notify the business and the woman on the phone was dismissive. This is Chicago where people drive wild but this was on another level, shouldn’t even have a license…
