Super happy with our rack installation from ChiTown 4x4. I originally reached out over a year ago, and Joe was quick to reply with all the details of what we'd need for our roof top tent. When we were ready to move forward with the install this spring, Joe was able to get our 4Runner in quickly. He and the team even pre-assembled the Sherpa rack so the day-of installation was even quicker. We're super excited to try it out, and will be back for any future needs!
After looking for a solution to my vibration problems I searched lots of forums and groups and everyone seemed to recommend ChiTown 4x4. In less than two hours I got the needle bearing replaced with the ECGS bushing and trac bar reloaction kit installed. The ride is immdeiately smoother, I no longer feel the road and my 4runner just glides now. If you need something with your Toyota they're the place to go.
Great working with this team. I had 2 skit plates installed and they repaired and replaced the old rusted mounting points. Clean work turned out very nice. The best part is having enthusiasts with a deep knowledge and experience working on your 4Runner. Ill be back for fluid services and more cool parts.
Very very satisfied with the work Joe and his techs did on my FJ cruiser. I swear if you looked at the car wrong rust would just fall off it, I got it back and the undercarriage was just flawless. Thank you, will definitely see me again!
I’m very happy I chose Chitown 4x4! I had new wheels and tires installed along with a Bilstein 5100 leveling kit. Once they had the truck up in the air, a few additional mechanical items needed attention. Joe and his team were upfront and honest about what was necessary, and I never felt like I was being taken advantage of. I truly appreciate their transparency and professionalism. I’ll definitely continue bringing my truck there for regular maintenance moving forward.
