Very unprofessional and rude management. They do not care about the tenants at all.
Worst leasing office and apartment owner (unit 703) I've dealt with in the US so far! Horribly unprofessional, these guys accepted my advance rent cheque and then suddenly voided my lease at the last moment. I wasn't even given a valid reason and could sense racism in owner's communication. I strongly suggest all educated professionals / students/ families to steer clear of renting any unit in this apartment.
I had an incredibly negative experience with Regency Building Co in Brighton. After paying two months' rent and signing the lease, I discovered several major issues with the apartment, including a ceiling that was coming off, a shattered and burnt kitchen counter, broken blinds, and damaged flooring.
