Terrible expirience with this company. They're very expensive compared to their competitors. They charge you for fuel to drive to your home. My concerns where made very clear over the phone and the gas guy was NOT needed for my service and they sent him anyways. I then had to pay extra to account for the gas guy. When my concerns where made to the owner, his response was "someone has to pay my employees" despite his error sending the gas guy. I'm not impressed with the owner or the company nor their prices. Rob and team were super responsive to our plumbing repairs … diagnosed issue swiftly and did not make job bigger than necessary. Very reasonable in price. I highly recommend Rob and his team for plumbing jobs. Indebted to Rob and Pasquale (my Sudbury buddy) who recommended him to me.
