They did my townhome complex roof under dunpar contract in 2019. Had roof leak in 2024 Initially thought to be weather related but when my roofers went up there it indeed was major workmanship issues. Roof is only 5 years old but already multiple units have had leaks in the complex. When asked for a quote for repairs, I never received a reply back. Ended up going with a different roofer. I chose Chislett Roofing to repair the flat roof over my garage, which was already leaking within 5 years of its construction by the builder’s roofer. During winter thaws and heavy rains, water leaked into the garage below. I was impressed by the professionalism of every single person on the Chislett team that I dealt with. Very good and professional work. Ray explained all the details of work, what involved and provided exceptional warranty. Roof work was done in one day. I also took several quotation from different companies prior to make decision, but as a combination of materials used, under pad presence and some others Chislett was most economical. Looking forward to upcoming winter season to check quality in real environment.

Great communication, punctual and efficient. Not enough roofing companies capable of installing a flat roof. Highly recommend.
