The earlier in the week you come- the shorter the line. I love the fried catfish. The sides can't be beat also
Completely overrated. Dry, highly credited due to less cost.... You get what you pay for...
Avoid if possible. Place was dirty. There is much better BBQ in the area.

On Tuesdays and Thursdays try the family pack of chicken fried steaks! 4 CFS and 3 sides! 13$!
Out of the four BBQ places in Lockhart, this one tends to get overlooked, but it's legit. My 2nd favorite brisket, just behind Kreuz, and the prices are much better here.
