If I ever thought about getting a trailer and moving here it'd be a big NO! Neighbors play loud music on weekends. Can't even enjoy watching tv. I guess the manager is off on weekends so why bother with that??!
On march 14,2017 a rock was thrown through my bedroom window at 10:00p.m.they broke the window and the cops were called. I will be pressing charges on the punks who have turned my families life upside down. We do not feel safe in our own home. So to all the residence of chisolm point please be on the lookout for who ever is doing this. Thank you.
Don't live here. The managers are cutthroat on repair notices. Your first notice they threaten eviction. They give repair notices on issues that were there when you moved in, which they should have told you about but make you pay for later. The workers are often rude. You can only have one pet and the deposit is a month’s rent plus $25 a month more. The mail gets misdelivered.
