They were great. We needed an emergency AC repair and Chisolm responded quickly and professionally. Our other service, for which we had an annual contract. Their technician gave us attitude. We asked Chisolm to give us a 2nd estimate and they came in a little over half the first amount. We are switching our service contract to Chisolm.
Had an A/C issue with a short term renter and they came out and took care of. Were at my house within an hour even though scheduling time was 3 hours away. Fixed my issue in 20 minutes. I live an hour away, so this saved me a trip and cost about as much as I would have spent on gas and dinner going down there. Thank you all so much!!!!
Very satisfied with the service provided by Cole! The company was able to get me an appointment within a reasonable amount of time which helps a lot when your a/c is broke down and your house is in the 90s inside!! Cole is very knowledgeable and a fast worker! I would choose this company again if the need arises!
Be careful with Chisholm. I just had them come to my house to diagnose the problem I had with my air conditioning. I made the decision to have them come out based on the price they quoted ($80). I explained to them that I had two HVAC units...one for upstairs and 1 for downstairs. They never told me there would be two diagnostic fees...one for each unit.
