Furniture is extremely old and malfunctioning, showers are dirty and not cleaned properly, sinks are clogged, and reception does not take any urgent complaints seriously. For example, we have reported our fridge door coming off entirely - multiple times in person and via phone. After 2 weeks of continuous complaints we received an old fridge as replacement, which was actually malfunctioning too. Currently half of the residents from our floor are again without a fridge.
If you like sleeping early or are noise sensitive its not for you. Lots of people around and the doors are all very heavy and super loud. This place would be much more livable if they installed hydraulic door closers.
