Issue with treadmills for 6 months. Every time I physically showed the issues with their treadmills to their team members "we will let maintenance know." Wait some time no fixes, or any communication about it. They would not even mention "hey when we have this fixed we will let you know, whats you email?". Even the owner could not provide any accountability to provide some updates when the issue will be fixed. I recently had an urgent issue and was told by the “manager” to email Cara, the owner, directly. However, I was given only the general gym email address. I was then informed that it could take a couple of weeks to receive a response because there are 2,000 gym members. When I clarified that this meant my urgent issue would likely not be addressed for weeks, the response I received was simply, “yup.” I was honestly baffled.
