As a personal trainer myself, I have worked with multiple owners/supervisors. My interaction with Cara, as the owner, is heartwarming as she really cares about her staff/coaches. No wonder all of my other interactions with staff has also been superb. The gym is well equipped with almost anything you need. Make sure you check them out!
Avoid this company if you value your time and money. After canceling my membership, they still charged my credit card, and I was also double-charged on a separate occasion. Their billing system doesn’t let you remove your payment information, so there’s no way to prevent future charges. To make matters worse, resolving these issues is almost impossible.
