I struggled with declining strength and range of motion in my forearms and wrists for almost 18 months. He restored full range of motion in my wrists after one week of treatment, and I was back to new full strength in my forearms and grip after 6 weeks of using his recommended exercises and modifications in my workouts. I was able to continue with my normal routine throughout my treatment as he directed me to focus on correcting bad habits in lifting form and daily posture. As a prototypical impatient patient when it comes to nursing injuries, I would rate my experience with Dr. Ron a 10 out of 10 and will seek his treatment for any future injuries.
