Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. The receptionist is extremely rude and ZERO compassion. I was in a car accident and my medical hadn't been opened yet so I unfortunately missed my appointment which was scheduled for a Monday and she refused to make me a new appointment because there wasn't 24 hours notice before not showing up.. IT WAS A SUNDAY!!! Also she knew the Friday before that my medical still wasn't open so that should've been the notice. I am so happy to have a chiropractor who takes into consideration all of my medical needs and history instead of just popping and cracking my back. I have been seeing him for at least 5 years. I have seen several chiropractors as I have needed ongoing chiropractic help for years and when things started getting worse and I ultimately couldn't even get shoes and socks on or lift my arm over my head I made the move to Dr. Jolin from another chiropractor I had liked and seen for years.
