As a triathlete I am always trying to keep a balance in my body. After experiencing pain in my leg and feet, my PT recommended Dr. Josh. Not only did Dr. Josh educate me on what was happening but he relieved the pain in one visit. Now I see his office regularly as part of my maintenance program as I continue to race this season.
Dr. Josh and Dr. Rae are both fantastic practitioners. They’ve helped me through some pretty intense episodes of nerve pain stemming from chronic lower back degeneration, which has enabled me to stay physically fit and active. Highly recommend!

dr. Kat is absolutely amazing. She listens to you and then investigates to see how she can help. She is truly a genuine caring doctor that wants you to feel 100% better. She does not leave any stone unturned and will continue to look for ways to make you feel better. She is also wonderful with children as I have taken my granddaughter to her. She is patient and kind and get a job done..
