Ok, folks, IDK why there isn't a line outside the door. Dr Cat Krok is a warm, capable, intuitive practitioner with hands of gold. Where physical therapists, doctors, and other chiropractors have failed, she has given me help and hope.

I had injured my right side and hip area by picking up something heavy and twisting. I was in a lot of pain. I had gone someplace else but it wasn't doing any good so my daughter recommended Dr.Joe. He took the time to really understand what had happened and then he worked his magic! I came out of that office and felt like a new woman, the pain was gone. I highly recommend the practice and particularly Dr Joe.

Dr. Cat is awesome. She targets areas that you tell her you are struggling with, while also providing detailed information on what she’s doing and why. She also gave me a list of stretches to perform which have helped. Highly recommend her and East Avenue Chiropractic P.C.
