I have been with Dr. Kirk for 10+ years dealing primarily with my low back pain (from a desk job and golf). Not only are the regular adjustments very beneficial, but more important he also provides a wealth of information on specific stretches and weight training to help in the prevention of injury for my specific issues. He is a great source of general health related information and I consider him a tremendous asset for my overall health and well being.
