I’ve been at a lot of gyms/fitness centers in my life and this by far is one of the best gyms/fitness centers I’ve gone to. It is extremely clean. They have plenty of equipment for either fitness or muscle building.
I love this gym. I have been coming here for almost ten years now. It has everything you need in the floor and great classes. Everyone is respectful and helpful and the community is great. People of all ages are getting after it. The vibes are just good in there. It’s genuinely one of my favorite places to be, across all categories, not just fitness.
They have a good variety of equipment and plenty of free weights. Definitely an upgrade over commercial gyms I've been to in the past. They do have machines and cardio equipment, but not so much that it feels like that is accounting for half the cost of the membership like some places. Prices are pretty reasonable too. Especially if you are able to commit to a longer time frame. All in all a good gym with friendly staff.
