Did you feel like your pain was lessened after your chiropractic treatment? Yes, I felt better than I've felt in years when I left! Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Yes Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Did your treatments with this chiropractor eliminate your need for pain medication? Yes, I no longer need pain medication and I feel better than I've ever felt

Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? No, I was always attended to Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? No, they didn't even attempt to explain Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Somewhat, they eventually called me back

Yes, he/she looked very professional Did this chiropractor pay attention to your problem area? Yes, they really focused on it Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located

Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Did this provider exaggerate his/her or abilities? No, I got what was promised Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding Did you experience excessive stiffness after visiting this chiropractor? Definitely not! I felt fantastic when I left!
