went to a physio appointment here and received zero treatment. just discussion, note-taking and was given exercises and a link for said exercises. while exercises are important, it is a HUGE mistake for any practitioner to provide zero treatment during any appointment. what are we paying for anyway?? I will never go back, and actually feel i should be reimbursed.
