Paula has been transformational in helping my spine and lessening back pain. She is hands down the best chiropractor I have even been to. She is extremely knowledgeable and has an extensive educational background, and always has valuable input for how to help various health issues. Paula really takes time to target issues and treatment. I've noticed much improved movement and flexibility through upper back and shoulder area. It has been great since I work at a desk all day.
