I went to get a DOT physical and only got certified for 3 month due to High blood pressure I went back home and I was fine after checking blood pressure I noticed she tightened so bad unusual, I went back on July/13/2020 she did the same tightening, resulting 168 with something I went back home to check and it was fine 121 with 80 then I made a research on tightening and findout when this happens blood pressure can go up to 40mmhg.. over normal reading.
