I just moved to rockwood TN. and had to change doctors thanks to the DEA and the 50 mile law so i called this place and they toled me what to bring as far as MRI and prescription profile with all the meds i take so i had to go on a all day road trip and to my last doctor to get all my paper work and cancel out with them my new appointment with this place was 4/3/13 witch i made before i moved here on 3/1/13 they called me today 4/2/13 one day before and cancelled my appointment. and i told them i don't have enough mads to la... read more
