Dr. Overland has been treating me for my scoliosis-related back issues for decades. Thanks to his extensive knowledge and professionalism, I've been pain free and have managed my symptoms. Norwalk Chiropractic introduced me to shockwave therapy for my painful tennis elbow a few years ago. It was so effective that I haven't had any problems with my elbow since. Recently, I completed another round of shockwave therapy for the arthritis in my hand. It's so great having this therapy available. It has made such a difference.
This is a great office and Dr. Keith Overland is fantastic. He is a world renowned chiropractor who has treated elite athletes. His diagnostic skills are fantastic, and the treatment and therapy he delivered led me to a rapid recovery. His office is well equipped, and the staff is terrific. My whole family relies upon Doc O and we would never consider any other provider.
If I could give 0 stars I would. The receptionists got my appointment time wrong and then argued with me about it - showed them the text message that had the appointment time on it and they became beligerent. Doctor actually saw me for 5 mintues, asked if I was working and whether I had insurance, told me to schedule another appointment, then left. The same receptionists then tried to chatge me 50 dollars for the "consultation" and refused to give me back my medical information I provided to them. RUN.
Great Chiropractor and, as always, does a great job. He is well experienced and has great knowledge of all around health.
Dr Overland and staff are amazing and so welcoming! Excellent service and care.
