Dr. Mainprize is awesome! I needed to get a DOT physical and was surprised to see a Doctor of Chiropractic that did them. Dr. Mainprize had me certified rather efficiently and on my way! Dr. Mainprize truly understands the importance of a professional driver's time and got me out quickly! Thank you Dr. Mainprize!
Called scheduled appointment could of got me in same day but I scheduled for the next day, showed up and I was in and out in 30 min for a dot physical super nice people!!! Highly recommended
