I began going to Dr. Nick six years ago after a recommendation from friends. I had been dealing with chronic headaches, neck and back pain for several years. I’ve really enjoyed working with Doc Nick over the last couple of years. My visits are not just 5 minutes in and out. Doc Nick uses multiple methods to help treat my trouble areas. He also explains what he is treating and how the body system responds to stress and treatment. I've really appreciated the exercises and stretches he has recommended to do at home. Doc Nick truly wants to see his patients living their healthiest lives.
I had back surgery a few years ago and have sciatic nerve flare ups occasionally. I just had a bad one that lasted months and really had me worried. My doctor gave me muscle relaxers and said the next step was a MRI. Nick took time to work on my muscle alignment and go to the root of my problems. He really helped me. With the combination of his help and physical therapy, I’m pain free!
Nick takes the time to allow the body to self adjust and release scar tissue. I feel better that he focuses on how to heal the muscles rather than being quickly adjusted. The outcomes are longer lasting.
