I’m giving two stars just to get your attention. I tried calling today to schedule an appointment, but to my surprise, the person who answered said they were from UPS and informed me that your phone had been left behind at the UPS center in Bridgewater. It was honestly quite bizarre to experience this as a customer. Please make sure to collect your phone—it’s important to maintain clear communication with clients.
