My hips have hurt for about a year with all of the working out that I’ve done over the years. After going 2-3x per week I rarely have the issue anymore. It used to be almost every time that I would stand up after sitting a while, but now...I very, very rarely feel that pain! The staff at ChiroPlus is the BEST too and make you feel right at home!
