Je fais affaire avec Chiron depuis que mon chien a été diagnostiqué avec de l’épilepsie focale. Je ne peux pas exprimer à quel point leur service à la clientèle est excellent. J’ai une expérience positive à chaque appel. Les employé·es s’assurent toujours que je reçoive la médication le jour qui me convient le mieux (je dois être présente pour signer au moment de la livraison). The customer service and quick delivery that is provided is one of the best I have ever experienced. I ordered my sweet Penny’s medication Wednesday afternoon, received the tracking information the following day and I then picked it up on Friday. I have always been greeted with a friendly voice when I call. I truly appreciate the service I have received.

They’ve been extremely helpful and wonderful to deal with. They ship my dog’s medication as we are not that close to Guelph. They also double check everything to ensure accuracy as we deal with different vets.

Unfortunately can not recommend Had my vet give needed information for a medication prescribed; had to wait over a week for it to be delivered yet after a day of waiting and talking off work to insure I got my medication for my animal it NEVER came. I’m tired of the wait and lack of information given to those who have an order. Go somewhere else if you have an option
