Dr. Bird is amazing to work with. I came in needing some extra help with rehab exercises after having back surgery. He not only shows proper technique but how to use it in everyday use. My back is feeling so much stronger and I hope to continue to use what I learned in my everyday workout routines. I would highly recommend him for any type of injury or just to improve techniques on whatever sport you’re involved with. Thank you Dr. Bird!

I have been working towards and feel closer to being able to go on a hike before the summer is over. But I think it would have been a lot different if I had not done your program. I would not have been strong enough. I'm getting back to where I was in my earlier phase, perhaps before the atrophy. I value the progress and knowledge of how to get that back! Thank you for all you did to help me in my progress!
Dr. Bird is the best! I’ve been seeing different chiropractors for years and after a few visits with him, I saw a ton of progress! I’ve sent family and friends to him, I couldn’t give him enough stars! Not only is he super effective, but his demeanor is fun and I look forward to my appointments with him!
I had already gone through 3 weeks of physical therapy elsewhere before going here, and within a week I could see improvement . I would highly recommend anyone to go here.
