Dr. Bird is very personable and educated. He is always teaching me something new that I can do on my own to improve my injury. He is not a chiropractor who cracks your neck and says to come in 3 times a week. He is all about education and teaching movements that will keep you healthy.
Dr Bird is a great guy who knows his stuff!! He got this old powerlifter back to doing what he loves by getting my body back in line. Definitely going back when I need more work done.

Dr. Bird is THE BEST. I've been seeing him nearly monthly for the last year or so. He's incredibly knowledgeable and he picks the right treatment method for YOU. I always walk away from his office having learned something, feeling better than when I walked in, and with homework that will help correct things for the future.
