I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I scheduled a DOT physical a week in advance and planned my day around the appointment. When I arrived at the scheduled time, the office was completely empty. The doors were locked, and I couldn't reach anyone by phone or through any other means. Trying to salvage the situation, I drove to their other location to find out what had happened. Instead of receiving an apology or even an attempt to investigate the issue, I was repeatedly told, "We don't make mistakes." The employee neve... read more
