The staff and service people there, that was usually for me, Tiffany and Jay, were always very helpful and helped me solve and repair my Chiropractic table, long distance, which included being very generous with their time and service.
I looked everywhere for parts to an old Chiropractic “Roller table.” Unfortunatly...no luck. Finally, someone gave Jay Deerman’s name and I was told he was “the best.” Jay searched high and low and could not find the wheels we needed. Then he suggested he could build them off an old wheel we did have. Voila, our table is back working away. And his follow up has been great. If you have a Chiropractic table issue, call Jay.
Jay got me up and running in a very short period of time. He has a wealth of practical knowledge and it’s obvious that he’s been working on these tables for years. My table is a Zenith 460 vert-lift and is somewhat complicated both electrically and mechanically. Jay was not only mechanically knowledgeable, but also displayed an amazing personality. If you have a table problem, give Jay a call and he will save you hours of headache time.

I wanted to leave a review for Access Equipment. They have one of the most user friendly websites I have ever visited. The service from the beginning all the way to delivery was amazing. The staff did everything they could to help us customize and pick the right table. I could not ask for more from a company. I highly recommend this company, and I plan on using them again in the future. Thank you guys for excellent service and delivering an outstanding product on time.
