I called here to buy equipment. I spoke to. I guess the owner’s wife. We had agreed she would forward me an email. I never got the email. This was a Thursday. I called Friday nobody I called Saturday left a message. I called Monday she was off. I called Tuesday and they didn’t now. Purchased a table that we were told could be bought back. Table was in fine condition but ultimately did not suite needs. Buy back process was then dragged out for months, with multiple ignored phone calls, voice messages, emails. After finally being more persistent and getting a hold of someone on the phone. They said they would not buy back the table. Extremely unprofessional way to go about this process. If they did not wish to buy the table back, should have been stated from the start.

Tiffany gives HORRENDOUS customer service. Do not order from this place, they are NOT flexible at all and do nothing to work with you. They claim they lose out of shipping but they charge you almost half of what the product is worth for shipping. If there is an issue with delivery or with the product, good luck trying to get a refund or an exchange. Ask for anyone other that Tiffany. HORRIBLE, RUDE
