Misunderstanding on an appointment/debt, the woman claims she spoke to me personally when she did not. She argued about it instead of just accepting my OK but you didn’t speak to me.. Like why would I leave work early and drive all the way there if I had spoken to you the way you claimed? And also the new receptionist isn’t an excuse for whatever mess Up happens.
Doc went above and beyond! The adjustment was great and the shockwave therapy on my leg helped so much. I went from waking up in pain and being stiff during the day, back to full mobility and I am able to sleep comfortably again without radiating nerve pain! A good doc who cares and has a passion for his profession/helping people and horses, I highly recommend!
I love this place! Dr. Allan and his staff are very friendly. I had a great experience with Dr. Allan, he is knowledgeable and does a great job! I would recommend any of my friends and family to come here and know that they would be well cared for.
Long wait then felt nearly pushed out the door when appointment was over (which only lasted 7ish minutes total). Care received was not equivalent to the price ($30 "consult fee" and $60 for "adjustment" - more a quick back cracking). Dr Allan, while very nice and friendly, did not do anything more than seemed required of him. Dr. Allan and his staff are great! He truly cares about helping you heal. The staff is friendly and always make me feel comfortable there. The office is clean, neat, very welcoming, and great equipment
