Called twice to schedule an appointment. Each time, the person that answered the phone -- who may have been the receptionist, and may have been Dr. Greg himself -- hung up on me after seconds of speaking. Upon calling a third time -- and keep in mind I'm actively trying to schedule my first appointment -- I finally got the guy to keep me on the line for more than a couple seconds.
