If you believe in the Constitution then please DO NOT go see Dr. Arnel Renese Garcie DC, She believes you only have rights if you are respectful to the government. I don't see how she can be a good Dr. if she constantly has the Blue Line Boots in her mouth. She is a veteran that doesn't understand the Oath that she took or that it is even a lifetime commitment. Her Oath did not stop EVER ! I can NOT with a good conscience recommend this Doctor after the foolish letter she wrote showing her ignorance of the Constitution.
