I was really annoyed when I have to pay twice for the same DOT test because I started and couldn't finish ,when I had an emergency call that my son fainted and needed to rush back home.While going I did call the reception phone a d none of them pick and I left and a voice mail twice( That was on Saturday 21 Sept 2024). Now upon returning on Monday 23 Sept 2024,I was told that I have to pay another money $59 , the reason being that I left in the middle of the examination. I can never understand it,this is purely unacceptable ... read more
